Simmy Singh – Founder & Lending specialist

Simmy started the business in 2016. He recognised the banks were just not supporting businesses. Highly driven and ambitious. He delivered an alternative to banks and a funding solution to property & business owners. He will go above and beyond to ensure your deals get funded. He really is the “ace up your sleeve”.

John Mitchel – Development finance & Construction specialist

Specialist in structuring the finance for development projects. From 1 unit to 1,000 units, john has managed many sites throughout southern England . He also manages our joint venture projects.

Hilary Butler – Chartered accountant & private funder.

Highly skilled and detail-orientated chartered accountant. With extensive experience in financial management, auditing and strategic planning. Proficient in delivering accurate financial reporting and forecasting. Hilary is also a private funder.

Tom Snook RICS - Senior Valuer

Highly qualified RICS valuer and owner of Pantera Properties. Extensive experience in property valuations, asset management and market analysis. Proficient in conducting residential and commercial properties. Adept at delivering accurate and compliant reports in accordance with RICS standard. Tom is also the owner of Pantera Properties and valuers.

After graduating from Real Estate Management in 2001, built a £6 million property portfolio.

Since 2018, veered more towards Development with GDVs in excess of £11 million.

A dynamic leader with over 30 years’ experience in service improvement, operations management, and digital transformation. She has driven major initiatives in fraud prevention, account management, and process optimisation. Now as Head of Operations at UK Funding Group Ltd, Poonam leverages her extensive expertise to support both first-time investors and seasoned property portfolio builders by delivering bespoke financial services—from commercial lending and mortgages to trusts, estate planning, wills, and LPAs. Her strategic vision and customer-centric approach consistently drive innovation and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Martin Lewis Richards - Lending Specialist

With over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, Martin Lewis Richards brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. His career spans senior roles within the subprime sector, working both B2B and directly with consumers. 

For the past decade, Martin has specialised in bridging finance, successfully negotiating and completing complex deals. Known for his creative, solution-driven approach, he consistently finds ways to get deals over the line - even in challenging circumstances. Over the years, he has facilitated millions in funding for clients across various sectors.

Most recently, Martin has developed strong partnerships with private funders, giving the business a competitive edge and greater flexibility in securing bespoke funding solutions.
